YEARS OF SERVICE

OUR STORY

Built on Service. Focused on Your Future.

Why I Founded ELI Military Outreach Group

For 41 years, I had the privilege of continuously serving in the United States military.

During that career, I served across four military components and six different career fields. I experienced military life from multiple perspectivesβ€”as a Soldier, Airman, Infantryman, Military Policeman, aircraft maintainer, recruiter, recruiting and retention professional, career counselor, and senior leader.

That experience taught me something important: The uniform may eventually come off, but the skills, discipline, leadership, experience, and potential developed through military service do not disappear with it.

"You already answered the call to serve. Now let us help you prepare for what comes next."

When I retired from the military, my career changedβ€”but my desire to serve did not. My work in military outreach gave me the opportunity to work directly with service members, Veterans, military spouses, employers, and training providers. And I saw a problem that needed to be solved.

Across every branch of service are talented men and women with leadership ability, technical skills, discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and real-world experience. Yet too often, the two never find each other.

ELI Military Outreach Group was created to help bridge that gap. Our mission is to help service members, Veterans, and military families identify opportunities, understand their options, make informed decisions, and confidently take the next step toward meaningful civilian careers.

Every Veteran has a story.

We help them tell it.
